I am so grateful to all my customers for their support during the Covid 19 crisis, as a small independent maker, it means the world to receive an order when my stockists are shut and income is uncertain. However I have had to come to the decision to further limit orders during these strange times, and now products are only available to collect from the studio in Roath (in a safe, non-contact way), and not to be sent by post, to limit exposure.

Some designs are not available at present as both the Assay Office and my main suppliers have also shut, so I can only produce what I have ready made or in metal stocks in the studio.

Instead I have listed gift vouchers which are able to posted by first class post easily, and make a perfect gift! They do not have an expiry date and are valid for all items on the website for local collection now, or postage when the situation becomes safer.

Making times

As each item is handmade by me only, and most are made to order, the dispatch times vary on each piece. Some of the most popular designs are in stock , but most take 3-5 days to make before dispatch. Please see the individual product page for the ordering time. As a general rule-

​

•  Smaller jewellery items are mostly 3-5 days before ready to collect

• Vintage Bridal Accessories are one offs and are ready to go. 

• Larger and more complex silver items, and bespoke bridal accessories can take 3-4 weeks (usually less), but this will be clear on the product page.

Shipping

The only item that can currently be shipped are Gift Vouchers, but all other orders can be collected from the studio at 20 Plasnewydd  Road, Roath, Cardiff.

These will be the only options available on checkout.

Gift wrapping

All Items are beautifully gift wrapped, and carefully packaged for postage. Please let me know if you would like a gift message included with your parcel, there is no charge.

Payment

For payment, you have a choice of using your credit or debit card online through my website, Paypal (with or without an account), or by bank transfer if you prefer. Please get in touch to order by bank transfer.
