Dispatch times

As each item is handmade by me only, and most are made to order, the dispatch times vary on each piece. Some of the most popular designs are in stock , but most take 3-5 days to make before dispatch. Please see the individual product page for the ordering time. As a general rule-

•  Smaller jewellery items are mostly 3-5days before dispatch

• Vintage Bridal Accessories are one offs and are ready to ship. 

• Larger and more complex silver items, and bespoke bridal accessories can take 3-4 weeks (usually less), but this will be clear on the product page.

HOWEVER- if you need something really urgently, please let me know. I may have an item in stock in a nearby gallery, or can shuffle workload around to accommodate making it. If there's a way I can make an urgent order happen, I always will. Get in touch at hi@suzidoreydesign.com.

Shipping

Shipping within the UK is by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day insured and tracked service) which costs £6.85.

A local pickup option is available for those in Cardiff free of charge. The collection location is Oriel Makers Gallery, 37 Pen Y Lan Rd, Roath, Cardiff CF24 3PG. Items can be collected during opening hours, Wednesday- Saturday 10am-5pm.

Currently I'm not posting internationally, due to delays with international post, and changes to European regulations, taxes and tariffs. Hopefully I will be able to restart this soon.

Gift wrapping

All Items are beautifully gift wrapped, and carefully packaged for postage. Please let me know if you would like a gift message included with your parcel, there is no charge.

Payment

For payment, you have a choice of using your credit or debit card online through my website, Paypal (with or without an account), or by bank transfer if you prefer. Please get in touch to order by bank transfer.
